Art Reach, Elle Sofe Company (Norway) and artist Olga Regitze Dyrløv (Denmark) will present Birra (outreach). Birra will consist of a short performance of a 'Yoik' (Sami singing tradition) by artist Emma Elliane Oskal Valkeapää before inviting participants to discuss provocations about cultural identity and traditional clothing whilst having an informal lunch.
