Blackburn Festival of Light Street Band

The Blackburn Festival of Light Street Band is a community drumming group performing a range of rhythm-led music inspired by Brazilian samba. The band is made up of members aged 16-76 and welcomes everyone, from beginners to experienced musicians to join them.

The band meets every Wednesday (term time only) from 6pm-8pm at The Bureau Centre for the Arts, Exchange Street, Blackburn, BB1 7JN. A range of ticketing options are available which are: Full price £10 per session Concession Rate £7 per session Concession Rate £5 per session Bursary £3 per session please email us for a code to enable you to book this ticket. If this bursary rate is not affordable and presents a barrier to you attending the session, please email us directly.
