Catch 22 with MC Dave Twentyman, Andrew White, Alex Tighe and Matt Bragg

Detaljer

Catch 22 Comedy Club, last Friday of every month. A mix of familiar telly faces and the best comics up and down the land. A proper good night out.

This month’s host is one of the most naturally funny comics on the UK comedy circuit today, Dave Twentyman. Dave is an affable, quick-witted comedian who somehow survived a childhood in St Helens by evolving rapid, startlingly-bright patter and a smile that he somehow stole from Barry Manilow. With jokes and tales that you can’t help but relate to, he endears himself to even the rowdiest of audiences with ease and quite rightly is in hot demand at the biggest comedy clubs in the UK and overseas.

Andrew White has been described by Joe Lycett as “very exciting and very funny” and by teachers as “a pleasure to teach” (gay). His charming on-stage persona and sharp writing ability have seen him take to some of the biggest comedy stages in the UK and internationally, as well as performing four solo hours at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Alex Tighe is a North West based comedian who’s quickly rising through the ranks to be one of the most sought-after club acts on the circuit.

The son of television warm up man Bobby Bragg, Matt Bragg has been performing stand up all over the country for the last 7 years. With a unique, low energy, deadpan style and meticulously crafted material he has been gaining critical acclaim from audiences, promoters and comedians alike.
