Bach's Christmas Oratorio: Parts I, IV, and VI

This January, the Oxford Bach Soloists perform Parts I, IV, and VI of Bach’s Christmas Oratorio under the direction of Steven Grahl. Following their “standout performance of the Christmas Oratorio” (The Guardian, 2024), these concerts bring Bach’s timeless retelling of the Nativity and Epiphany stories to two inspiring venues:

3rd January – St John the Evangelist Church, Oxford, 7.30pm 4th January – St James' Piccadilly, London, 7.30pm

From the exuberant choruses celebrating Christ’s birth to moments of reflection and triumph, Bach’s masterpiece will be performed by a stellar ensemble of soloists, chorus, and period instruments.
