Exhibition Celebrating the 200th Anniversary of General Jose de San Martin's Freeman Honour in the Royal Burgh of Banff

This August marks 200 years since General Jose de San Martin was made a Freeman of the Royal Burgh of Banff.

Come along to the Museum of Banff and see a special exhibition and discover the story of General Jose de San Martin, Liberator of Argentina, Chile and Peru and his links to Banff.

The exhibition explores the history of this event and the connections between Banff and Argentina which have developed since 1824.
