Glasgow Songwriter Round: February

February is doubly magical – we’re not only celebrating the 35th anniversary of the iconic @kingtutsofficial, but this Round also marks a whole YEAR of Glasgow Songwriter Round! Time flies

Some extra exciting news—the Rounds are moving.

From February, the Rounds will be moving upstairs at King Tut’s, seated in a cabaret style, offering an even more intimate and cosy experience. Think Nashville’s Bluebird Cafe meets Tut’s, with a touch of Glasgow charm. Joining us for the February Round:

Kenan Flannery A Dublin-based folk songwriter, known for his evocative storytelling and deep appreciation for his roots.

Sophie Rose A gifted storyteller whose raw, emotive vocals share narratives of resilience, healing, and strength.

Sweet Maree Canadian-raised singer-songwriter inspired by country legends like Patsy Cline and Emmylou Harris.

Walker Tex Glasgow’s own gothic folk artist, combining elements of country, punk, and metal into a truly unique sound.
