Join our exciting children’s workshop inspired by Cheltenham’s Big Museum Project: Test Space!
2 sessions:
10am to 12pm (4 to 8 year olds)
1.30pm to 3.30pm (7 to 11 year olds)
You will notice an overlap in ages for the two sessions. As you know your child, please choose which session you think would be best for them.
Step into the Test Space exhibition to explore how objects and artefacts tell stories, experience the museum in new ways, and reimagine Cheltenham’s rich history and future. This interactive children’s workshop invites you to consider what stories are important to tell and how we best share them. Through hands-on craft activities you’ll explore art’s power to communicate ideas and different perspectives. Together, we’ll reflect on and mold our own artifacts of significance and creatively map our personal interlacing stories of the area.
Come to have your say in shaping your museum and discover how objects, places, and creativity shape our shared stories!
Accompanying adults do not require a ticket but please note this is not a drop off session and adults are encouraged to join in activities with their children.
