Italian Pasta Making Experience, including Meal

An interactive and fun live pasta making experience facilitated by a local chef trained in Italy. Creating a delicious and truly authentic meal to enjoy, using the freshest hand-made pasta.

• Pasta Making Demonstration, including short talk on the history of pasta.
• Learn vintage skills of Italian pasta making passed down from previous generations, that you can use in your own home.
• Friendly chef on-hand throughout, supporting the pasta making workshop.
• Relax and dine-in, enjoying Tagliatelle or Pappardelle al Rag (beef or vegetarian) dusted with Parmigiano Reggiano and accompanied by freshly baked focaccia bread.
• Delicious complimentary drink on arrival
• All equipment & ingredients provided
• Maybe even take some fresh pasta home (provided it hasn't all been eaten :-)
