Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf? Not us! Prokofiev’s symphonic tale is a very special introduction to orchestral music. Hear instruments bring the story’s characters to life with grandfather as a strict bassoon, the oboe’s quacking duck, the clarinet’s mellow cat, and the flighty flute as a bird. Before the concert, join artist Abbie Canning for animal-themed craft activities and a treasure hunt around the Cathedral, and afterwards meet the musicians and their instruments. It’s a fun experience that the whole family will enjoy.

Recommend for children aged 6 to 11. British Sign Language interpreted.
