Rebecca Downes is a fully independent artist creating original blues/rock music with co-songwriter Steve Birkett, and releasing it on her own label.

In 2016 Rebecca was voted Emerging Artist of the Year at the UK Blues Awards, and she followed this up by being named Female Blues Vocalist of the Year in 2018.
