Reclaim the Night 2024

Join us for Newcastle/Gateshead's annual Reclaim the Night march and rally, a powerful evening of solidarity and empowerment!

Unite with us to reclaim our spaces, protest against the sexual harassment and fear women experience on our streets and demand an end to violence against women and girls!

Bring your voices, placards, whistles, friends and family and join us to make some noise!

This year’s march is women-only. We hope to be joined by cis-women, Trans women and non-binary people who identify that women’s spaces are right for them. Children (including boys up to age 14) are welcome. We recognise that women may have PAs or carers who are men and understand that in these circumstances, these men may need to join our women-only march to ensure equality of access to all women.

The rally at the Baltic Square and the Frankie Raffles exhibition viewing are open to all and we welcome people of all genders to join us, this includes men and boys of all ages.
