Rhs Grow With It - Sowing And Growing Salad Crops In Small Spaces

Not everyone has a garden or green spaces where they live so RHS Grow With It is supporting people to grow, no matter what space you have available. This year, RHS are inviting people all over the country to grow a small space with BIG impact to benefit others in their neighbourhood from people to pollinators. From patios and balconies, to front door steps or cracks between paving, every small space can add up to make a big difference.

In this workshop you will sow a variety of salad crops that you can grow at home in a small pot or on your windowsill. You will learn how to look after your seedlings and how to pot them on when they get big enough. You will also learn some sustainable gardening techniques and about how these crops can also be good for pollinators.

This is a free workshop for people who live or work in the Bensham area.
