Motherhood is an extraordinary journey. Yet the pressure from society to fit the mould of a ‘good mum’ can make it feel daunting, isolating, and lonely at times. If you’re feeling lost, unsure of who you are amidst the demands of motherhood, join us in the Lodge with therapist, mindset coach and mother of two, Natasha Nyeke on Thursday 12th September.

Natasha will facilitate a safe haven where you can come, with or without your baby or toddler, to share the highs and lows of motherhood over pastries and coffee while forging meaningful connections with like-minded souls. Finding your tribe is one of motherhood’s toughest tasks, and rediscovering yourself beyond the role of mother is often overlooked. She will offer practical advice on how to be kinder to yourself and share tips to help you embrace this chapter of your life as the most fulfilling yet.

This month’s theme will be focused on relationships after kids. One of the hardest things about becoming a new parent is the distance it can create between you and your partner. In this session, Natasha will cover ways to find those pockets of time and the essential conversations we all need to have to start feeling like a team again.
