The All Night Chemist

Sheffield based singer, songwriter and banjo player Jimmy Grayburn is the frontman of The All Night Chemist and will be playing a very special solo show, celebrating the release of his latest single.

Having been compared to Johnny Flynn and Wilco, his music combines American and British folk music with 70s rock and 90s absurdist indie, walking a delicate line between the domestic and the surreal, the tragic and the comic. Anything from cheesy pop bangers about mobile phones, to dark trad folk exploring the modern-day fur industry, their music has storytelling at its heart.
