The Big Movement: Move for your Mental Health!
A taster session for men (of any ability), focused on boosting physical wellbeing and improving day-to-day movement. It’s perfect for men who want to feel better in their bodies, think clearer, and connect with themselves and others - no dance experience needed!
Who is it for?
Men who want to feel better in their bodies, think clearer, connect with themselves or others, or make a stand for Men’s Mental Health.
When we refer to men, we are inclusive of all gender identities, presentations, experiences and expressions of being a man.
What to wear?
Wear something you feel comfortable to move in. You do not need to wear ‘dance clothes'. Joggers, shorts, t-shirts, jumpers are all good examples of things to wear. Shoes are optional, but we advise you to wear trainers if you wish to keep them on.
What to bring?
There will be light refreshments (tea/coffee… maybe biscuits), but make sure to bring water or a bottle to fill up.
