The Candlelight Club 1920s speakeasy

Step back in time to the romance of the Jazz Age at London’s award-winning 1920s-themed speakeasy party, with live jazz, cabaret and cocktails in a secret venue filled with candles, where everyone dresses the part.

As the nights draw in and the party season kicks off, we’ll be warming up the dance floor with red-hot live ragtime music from the seven-piece Trudge's Trad Jazz Troubadours. Leading the revels will be Host With the Most, Champagne Charlie, with a saucy song and a cabaret swagger, who will introduce racy burlesque from Miss Didi Derriere. When the band aren’t playing, DJs the Bee’s Knees will be spinning vintage vinyl into the night. In a side room there will also be a pop-up vintage jewellery store and our tarot reader Lucius.

You can come just for drinks and dancing in our secret ballroom in south London, but you can also reserve a table with Champagne, or book the three-course dinner. There’s even an inclusive-drinks option. Ticket-holders receive an email two days before revealing the secret location (which is close to a tube station). So pull on your flapper dress and get ready to Charleston…
