A Tribute to the music of Wes Montgomery The Thumb'

Chris is one of the UKs most respected guitarists. He has performed with Sir Courtney Pine on numerous occasions, operates his own bands and is a member of the 70s hit Afro-Fusion band Osibisa and TV/Radio star and pianist/raconteur Jay Rainers successful jazz ensemble. Chris will be revisiting the music of the pioneering guitar virtuoso and composer Wes Montgomery, a musician who changed the world of jazz guitar with his bluesy, bop inspired thumbed solos and revolutionary comping style. On stage with Chris will be pianist Anders Olinder, bassist Paul Jefferies and the very popular drummer Euan Palmer.
