The Wander Women

Woodland experiences to build outdoor confidence and inner calm. Designed and delivered by women, for women we will meet twice a month in Hainault Forest and enjoy a variety of different sessions to improve our wellbeing. From whittling to yoga, making natural skin care products to dealing with emotional burnout. Come to one, come to all, each week will have a different theme all designed to help you relax in nature and leave feeling refreshed, revitalised and rejuvenated. Herbal teas available throughout - please bring a mug.
