Join us for a joyful hour of music, story and stepdancing, in the footsteps of Colmcillea journey that takes you from Sligo to the Outer Hebrides, back across the sea to Derry, into Donegal and South to Rathcormac, Sligo. Colmcille, born in Gartan Donegal, founded monastic sites in Drumcliff, Sligo, Derry and Iona. Iona became one of the leading intellectual and artistic centres of Northern Europe. This new work was created during Mary and her ensemble's residency at Echo Echo's Studios.
