Set on the islands of Great Todday and Little Todday during WWII, the islanders face black times as they run out of whisky due to war time rationing. Things change when the S.S. Cabinet Minister runs aground. Enjoy the amusing antics of islanders' as they plan to thwart Customs and Excise as well as Captain Waggett, the hapless Commander of the Home Guard.
