A Decade through Page and Place

Join Ruthanne Baxter as she takes us on a time-travelling road trip across Great Britain and Ireland in the Edwardian era. As we ‘travel’ we’ll take in fiction, friendships, family and lesser known fascinating facts about people and places, uniting these characters and communities through the decade that was 1900-1910. In her ‘day job’, Ruthanne is the Civic Engagement Manager for the University of Edinburgh Heritage Collections, in her spare time Ruthanne enjoys supporting Gladden Village (an online heritage-based social prescribing project), playing the organ at Aberlady Parish Church, handwriting letters and reading.
