Adam Glasser Quartet - the South African songbook & the repertoire of Toots Thielemans

South African chromatic harmonica virtuoso and pianist Adam Glasser has performed with Sting, The Eurythmics, Joe Zawinul Syndicate, Hugh Masekela and Abdullah Ibrahim as well as collaborating with many prominent UK-based jazz musicians.

Tonight, Adam’s quartet explores lesser-known South African jazz compositions as well as the repertoire of harmonica player Toots Thielemans with whom Adam shared the credits on the feature film Hard Rain .
