Adult Folk Workshop

This workshop takes place at The Forum, Darlington.

Ever wanted to play with one of the country’s most exciting folk musicians? Join fellow musicians from across Darlington to work with Donald Grant and Innes White ahead of their concert with Manchester Camerata – and then perform alongside them as part of a curtain-raiser for the concert. You’ll learn some of Donald’s favourite Gaelic folk tunes alongside arranging the show opener - a local Teesside piece.

Ticket includes admittance to Manchester Camerata – The Night Overtook Us on Monday 25 November. These tickets will be handed out at the workshop.

The workshop is aimed at musicians who are at an intermediate or above level on their instrument/voice and are keen to develop their performance skills.
