An evening of Autumn Equinox Entertainment - by Oxford Welsh Male Voice Choir with "Special Guests"

The highly talented Oxford Welsh Male Voice Choir and local special guests Amy Jane Fisher and Zanna Evans, perform a varied programme of powerful and uplifting songs and music in the beautiful St Mary's Church, Haddenham .

The choir was formed in 1928 by Welshmen who had come to Oxford looking for work at William Morris’s car factory and Pressed Steel. Today the choir is more mixed but they are still proud of our Welsh heritage and sing in the traditional 4-part male voice style (1st & 2nd Tenor, Baritone and Bass). About a third of their repertoire is in the Welsh language.
