Band of Friends

Although founded in memory of the late great Irish bluesman Rory Gallagher, the Band of Friends is way more than a tribute act – rather a celebration and rekindling of Gallagher’s passionate musical spirit.

Featuring his longtime bassist Gerry McAvoy and drummer Ted McKenna, with Dutch guitarist and singer Marcel Scherpenzeel they combine classic Gallagher tracks with original songs inspired by his legacy.
