Bodenham Arboretum is a Magical place at sunset, made even more special by the bats that swoop low over the paths and pools as the night falls. At least four different bat species are known to use the arboretum, including Britain's biggest bats.

The bat walk will be led by Mathew Terry who is the Chair of Worcestershire Bat Group and a trustee of the Bat Conservation Trust.

The event will start with a short talk on bats and how to use the bat detectors which will be available for use so you can hear, as well as see, them feeding, chatting and finding their way around.

Please bring a torch, insect repellent and wear suitable walking shoes!
