Bodies of Water Workshop

Immersive multi-sensory workshop: exploring water & clay.

Join us for a unique indoor workshop where participants will gather around a table to engage with a rich, multi-sensory experience inspired by water and the natural materials from our show. Together, we’ll explore clay, shells, stones, seaweed, and water—touching, listening, smelling, and creating.

Through hands-on exploration, we’ll connect with imagery and sensations of the ocean, watery weather, and our own fluid bodies. The session will include gentle movement, relaxation, and the sharing of personal memories and experiences related to water.

Each workshop is shaped by the participants, with contributions—including handmade clay objects—potentially becoming part of future performances and exhibitions.

This workshop is inclusive and has been enjoyed by families, intergenerational groups, artists, and individuals with additional needs. It is well-suited for children, adults, and older adults, including those in care homes, day centers, and individuals living with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. If you have a deep interest in sensory experiences or want to engage with the materials from our performance, this is for you!
