Details

The 33rd edition of British Art Fair, the only fair dedicated to Modern and Contemporary British art, takes place from 25 to 28 September 2025 at Saatchi Gallery, in the heart of London’s vibrant Chelsea.

Britain’s leading dealers exhibit paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture and ceramics covering all the important artistic movements of the past 100 years: from the early modernists to the YBAs to contemporary art. Most of the great names of 20th century British art are represented: Frank Auerbach, David Bomberg, Elisabeth Frink, Terry Frost, Barbara Hepworth, David Hockney, L.S. Lowry, Henry Moore, Paul Nash, John Piper, Bridget Riley and Graham Sutherland alongside contemporary names such as Tracey Emin, Banksy and many others of the 21st century. Much of the work is privately sourced and fresh to the market and dealers keep work back for the fair. The result is a boutique event of the highest quality.

The 2024 edition exceeded expectations in artwork sales and achieved record visitor numbers. It also saw the launch of the very first digital art section at a UK fair, DIGITALISM which along with SOLO Contemporary curated by Zavier Ellis, showcase some of the best works being made and exhibited in Britain today.

British Art Fair is owned by Ramsay Fairs whose CEO is Will Ramsay. The Fair's founder, Gay Hutson, remains Fair Director.
