Starting in the charming village of St Arvans, this scenic walk winds through the ancient woodlands of Chepstow Park Wood, climbing steadily to the hamlet of Devauden. From there, the route descends into the peaceful valley of Trellech Grange before looping back via Fairoak. The route has fantastic views over the Wye Valley and the Angiddy Valley, and a true sense of being off the beaten track. 10 miles (circular) - allow the whole day Difficulty: strenuous, steep climbs and stiles Bring: picnic, drinks and a camera.
