Join acclaimed fiddle player, arranger, and composer Donald Grant for a captivating evening of new music. Hailing from the Highlands of Scotland, Grant brings his deep-rooted connection to traditional music into a contemporary setting, featuring his latest work, Thuit an Oidhche Oirnn (The Night Overtook Us). Written for himself, a stellar band, and the Scottish Ensemble—a pioneering collective of string players—this concert will showcase some of Scotland’s most revered musicians: Innes White (guitar), Tom Gibbs (piano), and Euan Burton (double bass).
