Event Details: Arrival: 6:30 PM with a complimentary Mulled Wine Bellini or soft drink alternative. A mulled wine syrup reduction spiced with cinnamon, star anise and nutmeg. Topped up with Prosecco for some Frolicsome Festive Fizz! Dinner Served: 7:00 PM - Menu is as follows: Roasted pork belly with crispy crackling, crushed potatoes with herb butter, red cabbage sauerkraut, redcurrant sauce and spiced Norwegian beer gravy. [Dietary: MILK, CELERY, WHEAT, SULPHITES] ~ (V) Roasted squash, parsnip, red onion, heritage carrots and focaccia bread crouton.
