The most exciting writers and performers always seek new and daring ways to evoke the texture of experience.

Eimear McBride's 2013 prize-winning debut 'A Girl is a Half-Formed Thing', was heralded for its ground-breaking narrative style and emotional intensity. Her new novel, 'The City Changes Its Face', continues to explore the limitations of language to capture the fragmented nature of everyday life.

Eimear will be joined by Denise Gough, an award-winning actor renowned for pushing creative boundaries in both her stage and screen performances.

They will be talking to writer Holly Dawson about celebrating risk and playing with language to define a true sense of self.
