Born from sessions around Ards in venues like Rices Bar and Falls Bar, this duo came together through a mutual love of Americana and Bluegrass. Ian, formerly of Appalachian Strings and a talented guitar and mandolin player, travelled the Southern States as a young man, playing festivals and jamming with the old hands.

Ali, formerly of Illegal Smile, grew up listening to country and Americana, and a shared love of the genre has led to gigs in theatres and music halls throughout the country, celebrating the works of John Prine. Joining together with beautiful music and harmonies, this will be a treat for all, bringing the sounds of Americana to Ards.
