Gingerbread Street

Many biscuity buildings will make up Gingerbread Street, all decorated with icing and sweets. The edible exhibition is the first of its kind in North-East England and is part of homeless charity Oasis Community Housing’s Christmas Appeal.

All of the miniature buildings in this tiny street have been created by teams from local businesses and schools.

This family event, kindly sponsored by Lovell Homes, includes free Gingerbread Street colouring sheets and the chance to vote for which confectionary construction will win the People’s Choice Award. Regrettably, nibbling the exhibit is not allowed!
