Glasgow Short Film Festival

The largest competitive short film festival in Scotland hosts an inclusive community of filmmakers and film lovers, showcasing ground-breaking works of visual storytelling. The 2025 festival sees the return of the Bill Douglas Award and Scottish Young Filmmaker competition, an Indonesian artist residency, a mix of comedy, horror and family shorts and much more. Events will take place at Glasgow Film Theatre, Civic House and Grosvenor Picture Theatre.
