Spawn from marathon improvisational jams, Godwosh abandon preconceived material preferring to compose in the moment. Existing on this volatile edge of spontaneity allows both audience and band to feel equal investment in the musical journey.

Formed by brothers Laurie and Sam Crombie (founders of Liverpools Kazimier club) and reedist Nick Smith - one of the most exciting wind players on the Liverpool scene. The trio use acoustic drums, woodwind and electronics, avoiding rigid structures of specific songs, in an experience closer to a continuous DJ mix, with blended evolving hooks, builds and drops, nodding to the repetitive power of techno and the harmonic freedoms of jazz.
