Guided Walk on Cairngorm Mountain

Join one of our experienced rangers on a half day experience walking on a mountain in the Scottish Highlands. The Northern Corries guided walk is a ‘must do’ when visiting the Aviemore and surrounding area. The Northern Corries make up the North West side of Cairn Gorm, Britain’s 6th highest mountain. A coire (corrie) or cirque is an amphitheatre like, bowl shaped valley formed by glacial erosion and a truly, dramatic landscape to visit 950 metres above sea level.

Our ranger walks offer you the chance to experience the wildness of our mountains with a knowledgeable ranger who will give you a fascinating insight into the Cairngorms environment. Discover amazing facts, see our incredible wildlife and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the mountain. You may even spot some of the Cairngorm Reindeer herd grazing.
