Health Information Week is a national campaign dedicated to highlighting the high-quality health resources available to patients and the public.
Good health information helps people improve their well-being, take care of themselves, and make decisions about their health with confidence. Libraries can help you find trusted health and well-being resources.
During Health Information Week, we’ll be offering activities to support you in accessing the information you need and to improve your well-being:
Health and Well-being Information Expo Monday 20 January, 1-5pm Redbridge Central Library Foyer Local health and well-being organisations will provide information and advice.
NHS App Drop-in Friday 24 January, 2-4pm Redbridge Central Library, Lab Central
The NHS App gives you a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services. You can download the NHS App on your smartphone or tablet. You can also access the same services in a web browser.
