Heathen Apostles: An Evening of Gothic Americana

This activity is completed or marked as expired

Details

Born of the voices of past lives and baptised in the Dustbowl dirt, the Gothic Americana music of Heathen Apostles harks back to a bygone era of American history. Using contrasting influences such as Bauhaus, Nick Cave and The Pogues, along with Howlin' Wolf, Loretta Lynn and Bettie Smith, Heathen Apostles have created a musical style that imagines both angels and demons and will enlighten a darkened soul. Featuring Mather Louth (Radio Noir), Chopper Franklin (The Cramps) plus Thomas Lorioux and Luis Mascaro, Heathen Apostles have released 6 albums, from Boot Hill Hymnal in 2013 to Bloodgrass vols 3&4 in 2023. A new album is on the way in 2024!
