Handel: Israel In Egypt

First performed in London in 1739, Israel in Egypt puts the chorus centre-stage in its dramatic scenes of plagues, miracles and triumphs. This performance brings together two of London’s leading choral societies, Whitehall Choir and Constanza Chorus, to give a powerful and thrilling performance of this work.

They are joined by some of the UK’s top professional Baroque instrumentalists from the period ensemble London Baroque Sinfonia, and a lineup of superb soloists in a performance not to be missed!
