By Majella Biernat and Karen Devlin Directed by Kelly Quigley

A collaboration of spoken word, poetic movement, videography, inspired by personal experience, the often unspoken of challenges that have shaped us. With the sea being a cathartic focus we reflect on both the pain and joy found in living. A journey of grief, despair, isolation, hope, resilience and togetherness.
