Labyrinth Presents: Jan Blomqvist Mute Tour

Details

The creative force Jan Blomqvist brings his Mute tour to London this 1st of February.

Known for blending live instruments with electronic beats to create a truly unique sound, Jan began in Berlin’s grunge scene and has evolved into a pioneering figure in the techno world, reintroducing the singer-songwriter touch to electronic music.

With over 100 shows a year, he has made waves at festivals like Coachella and Burning Man, where his hypnotic performances have become legendary.

At the start of 2024, Jan launched his own label, Disconnected, inspired by his last album and the theme of feeling disconnected in today’s hyper-connected world. The first release, Destination Lost, captures this vibe, exploring the space between deep house, vocal house, and dreamy electronic sounds. Now, with a live band and hints of a new album on the way—including Algorithm, a four-track EP released at the end of October—Jan’s creative journey continues to evolve.

Now, he brings his Mute tour to South London’s Brixton Electric, a venue that has hosted many iconic acts including The Chemical Brothers, Bonobo & Carl Cox.

Pre-sale starts on 8th November at 10am, exclusively for those who sign up.
