Lazuli

Renowned for their electrifying live shows and eclectic mix of instruments, French band Lazuli based near Nîmes in southern France, have built up a strong following in the UK over the past decade through their dynamic, energetic, uplifting performances at festivals and on their regular tours.

The band, founded by brothers Dominique and Claude Leonetti in 1998, are greatly influenced by British bands, especially the Beatles - so much so, their French studio is called L’Abeille Rôde (Abbey Road)!

Lazuli fuse diverse musical themes with folk, art and classic rock influences. Their immersive, powerful sound is defined by a unique instrument called the Léode, a sonic box of tricks designed and played by Claude Leonetti.
