MOUNTAINS OF THE MOON is a family friendly musical about a group of animals who discover their river is running dry. A magical hour created by the team who made "The Crooked Spire Medieval Murder Mystery Musical" for Chesterfield's Pomegranate Theatre in May 2022.
Drought threatens the animals. Owl, Monkey, Bat, Gecko and Camel come up with ideas to refill their river, but none work. Then wise Old Owl remembers about the Rain God in the Mountains of the Moon. Can they make the Rain God cry again and stop the animals dying of thirst?
