Move South: Paper Planes

A relaxed workshop, which features mindfulness and paper plane making. Participants will be guided through reflections where we explore what our 'home' is and any hopes and dreams for the future. These will then be written on the paper planes to be hung forming a mini installation during Kathryn Gordon's A Journey Of Flight on Sunday April 6th.

A Journey of Flight is an immersive dance experience performed in the round. Inspired by bird migration with focus on arrivals and departures, nostalgia of place and the notion of flight itself.
