Niamh Murray

Niamh Murray is a 21-year-old singer-songwriter from County Armagh, Northern Ireland. Niamh has had a passion for music from a young age, beginning her career as a classically trained vocalist at age 10. She wrote her first song at age 14, and cites Prince, Michael Jackson, Paul Simon, Billy Joel, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, and The Eagles as her compositional idols. So far, Niamh has won countless festival titles, trophies, and medals for classical singing, as well as featuring as the soprano soloist for the Ulster University Choir and Chamber Choir. She also recently graduated from Ulster University with a first-class degree in Music. Niamh wishes to continue to nurture her talent as a classical vocalist, while focusing on her career as a singer-songwriter. Ultimately, her goal is to be able to play music every day for the rest of her life. As of June 2021, Niamh has recorded her debut 5-track EP. She recently performed a recorded session of original songs for Magy’s Farm.
