Nicolas Meier Quartet

Nicolas Meier, a UK-based guitarist originally from Switzerland, has established himself as one of the world's most original and uniquely talented guitarists. His music seamlessly blends Turkish, Eastern, Middle Eastern styles, Flamenco, Tango, and jazz. His considerable talent caught the attention of rock legend Jeff Beck, who included Meier in The Jeff Beck Group for two world tours.

In 2009, Meier founded his own record label, MGP Records, and has since produced twelve albums. His work spans solo projects, various group formats like The Nicolas Meier Group and Nicolas Meier World Group, his heavy metal band Seven7, and duo collaborations with UK guitarist Pete Oxley. Their 2015 release, Chasing Tales, is considered a benchmark in dual-guitar music.

2017 marked a breakthrough with the release of his solo album Infinity on Favored Nations Records. Subsequent releases include The Alluring Ascent, the 2019 Nicolas Meier World Group album Peaceful", the World Group album Live, the Meier Budjana Group album Flying Spirits, the solo guitar album Stories, the metal album Escapades", and the 2022, album Magnificent,.
