Notable Women of Halifax Walk

A special guided walk by Halifax Heritage Tours to celebrate some of the incredible women who have contributed to the heritage of Halifax

Explore their connection to Halifax; a master sculptor, diarists, property owners and trailblazing women MPs, to role models who shaped our local history, nurtured philanthropy, dedicated their working lives to service, promoted the wellbeing of residents and workers and those who advocated for women’s and civil rights. There is so much to share!

The walk will start at the bottom of the steps outside Halifax Central Library.
