Orchestra da Camera

Orchestra da Camera, one of the longest established professional chamber orchestras in the UK, are delighted to be coming to Stratford upon Avon. OdaC has a close connection to the town, as it was jointly founded in 1957 by Brian Priestman who was musical director at The Royal Shakespeare Theatre, and Kenneth Page who became the leader of OdaC. During its distinguished history, OdaC has performed throughout the country and abroad with eminent soloists and conductors, including Bryn Terfel, Nigel Kennedy, John Rutter, Emma Johnson, Craig Ogden and Tasmin Little to name but a few. As well as this, OdaC have also produced a series of recordings on the Meridian Label. This Concert is featuring the dynamic string section of the orchestra with a very popular programme of well known classics.
