Bigger and even better than last year,the Woodmarket will be a showcase for Scotland’s finest makers in wood, and is an opportunity for visitors to browse and buy their unique products. 25 makers from around the country will present an amazing diversity of wood products: exclusive designer furniture of all kinds, wooden sculpture, clocks, baskets, elegant storage. There will be lots of small items too: signage, jewellery, pens, puzzle boxes, jig-saws…and more.
The great versatility of wood is demonstrated by these many uses. But it is a material with aesthetic qualities too, with its limitless variation of colour and grain pattern.
Alongside our makers, suppliers of native and exotic hardwoods will also be exhibiting, providing interest and inspiration of all who make in wood, and aspiring makers too.
